At Chronic Lab, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following store policies.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are usually processed within 4-5 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Chronic Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With original tags and packaging intact
Products that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. All measurements and fits are approximate and may vary slightly.

LIMITED DROPS
Some collections and products are released in limited quantities. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept secure payments through trusted payment gateways. Chronic Lab does not store your payment information.
